How do I add Celeste.exe to olympus?

I've tried to click "Manually select Celeste.exe" but when I actually select Celeste.exe nothing happens. I've tried doing much such as restarting olympus, restarting my computer and even reinstalling the game but alas, nothing seems to work

What store is that from

Olympus should automatically find Steam/Epic/itch versions without having to point it to Celeste.exe
