First: It ALWAYS notifies me that a new update came out, no matter even if i already installed. Second: Check the video, the Olympus window, it's blinking.
Do somebody know how to fix those problems?

try updating it via options and updates rather than the pop-up

nope. tried that too, after restart of Olympus it's still the pop-up
