is the crash just right after opening olympus (either instant or after a short period of time)?

You should have 3 log files in %localappdata%/Olympus (might have to close Olympus first after running into the error?)

You should uninstall olympus entirely and re downloading

You search olympus on windows

Open file location

You right click olympus

Open file location

and uninstall the folder

theres a fix for linux

but im not sure on how to do it on windows
