I did 4A golden but as i was getting to the cutscene I accidentally pressed my save state button on my DPAD. How I have the berry but the chapter doesn't show golden. I tried to to give_golden at last room and beat it and nothing. fewest deaths record even shows right. Any idea how to fix this?

Well to prevent it in the future at least, you could make those actions button combos so you cant press them accidentally
Something like press right stick and the dpad button maybe

a bit late now, but speedrun tool has an option to completely disable itself without actually unloading the mod, i recommend using that when you go for goldens
mod options > speedrun tool > enabled = off
