i was looking at katana zero and i was wondering if i could somehow recreate a server (like Everest and Olympus) where all the mods ever created for kz can be showcased? And if so, how was Everest made exactly?

Everest is the mod loader which uses MonoMod and basically integrates itself into Celeste's executable [citation needed]
Olympus is the GUI app that helps you manage Everest and mods.
It sounds like KZ already has modding so you probably want to recreate Olympus? That one is made with love2d

I wouldn't replicate olympus' architecture though, the interop between lua and c# leads to a lot of jank

Everest's architecture is also rather jank in some aspects, especially the relinker / AOT-patcher on non-core builds

Katana Zero is game maker studio anyway afaik so I'm not sure if looking at Everest would even help

What kind of modding stuff exists for the game?

for katana zero?

mainly just some more buffed versions of levels and mods to the overall characters (in terms of gameplay)

i mean like katana zero already has like a level editor but i was just curious if there was a way where instead of just posting the levels on a discord channel (like what is happening right now in kz) there could be like a hub for all the levels so people could access every level?

Everest doesn't host any mods, they're hosted on gamebanana
