I've not seen the same error on either the github link nor in this channel so here it is :

It happened right after installing the dependencies for Strawberry Jam

do you have mods other than SJ installed? it could be a conflict

also make sure your mods are up-to-date

In the end I just disabled everything else than sj and its dependencies
