tilesets error

I use ABuffZucchini's tilesets but it can't load.Here is my log.txt and foreground tiles.txt

[azure dust]

you don't close the first tileset you added

you need to have a </Tileset> after the template

and you should remove the close at the top of it

you're effectively trying to make a tileset with not template
