Context: Trying to make it so if you have a golden, the golden blocks with block the badeline boost.

only way i can think of is having a change state trigger and gluing it to the golden block somehow

you could probably combine a viv helper "golden berry to flag" thing, a trigger trigger, and a "stop boost" trigger widegladeline2

you could also use a lua cutscene to do all that in one trigger

it might be easier to just check the screen for the existence of golden blocks thinkies
