#Is there a way to make it so that hitting a surface with badeline boost doesn't softlock the game?

only way i can think of is having a change state trigger and gluing it to the golden block somehow
it'd be cursed
you could probably combine a viv helper "golden berry to flag" thing, a trigger trigger, and a "stop boost" trigger 
you could also use a lua cutscene to do all that in one trigger
