So I'm on mac and the mod SorbetHelper won't install unless I have the Everest beta (3643), but when I try installing it the game doesn't restart, and instead just turns off. Or maybe it does restart but only the first half? In any case when I try to open it again Everest isn't updated and the mod still doesn't work. I also tried to install the mod manually through olympus to see if that did something for some reason, but no, it didn't do anything
