#Making maps look the way I want it to look

Hi! So I am very new to the celeste community and I have been making Super Mario World rom hacks ever sense. I know everything about ahorn but I just don't know how to make my levels look very good. Like tileset wise. How could I make awesome tilesets for my levels so I can make them the way I want them to look?
