Connection issues with gamebanana, mirror doesn't work

I have issues downloading mods and dependancies. Manual downloads are possible.
To try and solve this, I have:
Looked that Everest is up to date
Looked that Olympus is up to date
Reinstalled Celeste, and let it point at that new installation, then dragged over my save files. This actually worked, until it didn't (failing to download CollabUtil2 from Spring Collab 2020).
Tried to manually install a mod. That somewhat worked, until I found out it couldn't install dependancies.
Relevant symptoms:
Looking for Mod update in main menu is endlessly loading
Installing dependancies keeps going to mirror
Relevant log part:

If you require full log, I'm willing to send it, but most of the logs are me struggling with getting it running

So like, you can't install mods from Olympus and from Everest?

Do you have a firewall? It doesn't seem everything is blocked either though

I have a firewall, but I didn't do any changes to it I think

And it worked before

The only thing that changed is that I left it inactive for like a few months then tried to update it again. Oh, during the update, the save file was missing.

I'm considering doing another celeste installation and reinstalling Olympus, but not sure if that's worth
