It's a little hard to explain but looking up others opinions is a good way to get a grasp on what people think or know about a subject.

However it's also important to go to actual people of plurality to ensure you aren't reading misinformation. I'd look up general terms and meanings such as Traumagenic, Headspace, Alters, Alter typed & other related information for documentation of disorders and otherwise related to plurality.
