https://youtu.be/yEcO3vRFjE4 I perform the glitch in the attached video. Pushing the collection bucket into the player's body allows you to gain infinite height and fly. It's easiest to do this by pushing the bucket into the player's head in a cranking motion.
I play on PC with a valve index, Ryzen 7 3700x CPU, and a 3060 oc from Gigabyte.
The glitch is easily replicated even after restarting the game.

the way you gain height correctly is by just quickly pressing/releasing the bucket button. that's doing the same like your "repeatedly moving the bucket away/below the player", but just pressing the button multiple times is way easier 😄
