It’s nothing personal. Just that, if we allow art that is teetering on the edge of being isle related to be in the channel, people will see it and post more similar kinds of art, resulting in a snowball effect that eventually derails the channel. Thus, we need to be very precise with these kinds of things to keep the channel on track.

The way you drew the hind legs made them broken

It is way too skinny

The tail wouldn't be that flexible

And the feet are incorrect as well

I personally prefer artwork with more anatomy to it but I know people that do SUPER stylised anatomy in their art. Square heads, square bodies, weird shapes you've not seen. It could use more work to be more fluid, even those exaggerations have some anatomy, but I see and know what youre going with

@gilded vessel This is just some constructive criticism so don't get angry or such over it ok? First of all, the beak would be a little less rounded. Secondly, the hand is in a wrong position, as dinosaurs palms would always face towards each other. The only way its hands would be held like that would be if they were broken.

A few things to keep in mind for your next drawing, I can't wait to see your next piece!

They say velociraptors but it was I inaccurate and they found that out later and the dissent change the name to Utahraptor because velociraptor sounded cool. Velos are the size of a medium- large size dog while Utah’s were the size they were in the movies. As a warning, don’t believe movies for all your facts 👍

That hypo Giga I think would have a weak bite force with those saber teeth/tusks, the bigger the teeth to the rest of the body the weaker they are, thats the reason the Smilodon’s bite is weak, decreasing the size of the tusks would probably have it have a stronger bite

@wraith cave I agree! I really like your take on Tapwing's giga sexual dimorphism, it's not over the top and I think it leaves room for the elder giga to look pretty epic.
Personally I'd like to see the elders look more grizzled, with like broken teeth, high brows and sunken eyes, and thick plating with wrinkles around the arms and neck.
Anyway, I am really looking forward's to more of Tapwing's concepts, (Tap if you're reading this, you never disappoint, love your stuff so much )
