There has been a different pattern that was shown on the Utah, yes, however that just looks like a different colored version of the current pattern. Also, it's important to note that that clip is older than the customizable skins if I'm not mistaken

If it's not then I'm just going crazy and forgetting when stuff happens

Actually it's pretty close, that clip is 5 months old and the skin system was first updated/pushed into the game (according to patch notes) on the 22nd of January this year
