Jakes has a much higher poly count so it will deform better with animations. Vlads is considerably lower so the model itself looks boxy. And I believe the actual texture maps on Jakes are a higher resolution/quality than Vlads

Will the albedo always be 1k while the other texture maps 4k? The issue in quality is the albedo is at 1k (base colour texture). If they were at 2k it would be a significant improvement in quality.
I am a little confused why main character dinosaurs have 1k albedo? To put into perspective, battlefield uses 4k albedo on their guns.

The things he said while mapping that he was making some smaller islands so spinos, barys suchos and other water dinos could use to hunt fish(when they add the fish) so it could decrease the mega packs a bit. And he talked about the map where to put the swamps, tar pits, plains. I dont remember anything else that was in the stream. I missed the last 30 mins of the stream and the first 30 mins so he might have said something
