Emotes be obtainable by level or games. one can customize the key binds of emotes in specific section for eg. hiberworld.com/emotes

also for phone users they can hold the emote button and a circular screen will come with pic of emote and then they can select

The reason we don't have it for phone users is because it requires some more work to make it work. But that is somethign we are looking into 🙂
