So I just have a tiny but helpful suggestion so sometimes creators forget where they placed some objects, it can be collectibles or checpoints or switches or sometimes starting points as well. Or a creator could have accidentally placed one of the above somewhere and maybe even built something over it and in the end when someone would play in the world, they might keep starting or respawning in the wrong places or maybe they wouldn't be able to finish the game because one collectible was accidentally placed somewhere and then in edit mode the creator might struggle to find or might not even find the accidentally placed object this suggestion is for this specific problem

Soooo, the suggestion is a search option

#

an option where you can search and locate where you placed certain objects you enter in the search option

#

especially objects from the gameplay category

#

this is something I wanted to suggest for a long time tbh

#

so it would work like this

#

you open the search option, you select what you wanna search for (the search option list will only have objects you used in the world) and then you will get an arrow(s) which will lead you to every version of the same object you search for or the objects will turn into certain glowing shapes and keep moving in its spot (pulsating ig?) and it will show through other objects like how interactable objects and switches do when you press X so that you can be led to them yourself

#

or the result of selecting in the search option would give you a list of positions of the object you selected(for example if I search for a cube, a list of cubes on the world will appear) and clicking on one of them will transport you to where the object is

okay my bad for rush-typing it in a complicated way I was also typing my phone for a bit. And lets rename it as "the locator" instead of "search option"

Hey @radiant zodiac, thanks for the suggestion! I agree that this is a problem sometimes but it's not something we are prioritising working on in the near future. I'll bring your suggestion to the team though 🙂
