Walking on water

i actually found this pretty funny.
while i was on hiberworld, creating a new world and chose the island template, i was just doing some stuff and i max out the size of an island then place it on the water, when i clicked it, nothing happens until i stepped on the water. i am so confused why am i walking on the water, then i tried to go under it, and then one time i was really high up, i changed into game mode, i was about to land on the water, but i noclip under the water and i saw the reason why i was able to walk on the water, because of the island i maxed out the size. you can try it on your own.
