I want to experience new world gen, but I don't want to start from nothing again.
Can I copy only parts of my old world and then paste them into new world? Is there a mod for that?

The problem is some gregtech machines and pipes might not copy correctly so keep that in mind
You can test it before doing it for good
Also if you are adding the mod, the modpack will become custom, canceling further updates, you will need to save the new world after copying your base and install a new instance without "world edit" to be able to update again
