The IV rotors aren't really balanced as Venus isn't out yet

so there is this weird situation right now as you unlock stuffs at the end of EV but then IV becomes a joke to progress

A lot of API stuffs for devs which will allow us to bring new features for UI and Multiblocks

but will also fully break the modpack

So we don't want to invest work on stuffs we will need to redo

and we have also big hope to use the new features for Venus
