we don't have anything like that because the answer is always changing and we would be spending more time updating that page than working on the pack itself

i have a idea about merging the armor and tools under the tetra mod's system
i came up with all of this thinking about a pack im trying to completely alone make myself so it may not match perfectly to what you want but i can send it here if you think the rest of the team might like it

a short version is basically "we're not looking to add any major content mods to any of the tiers up to and including EV"
we're much more ok with suggestions like, a certain recipe being unusually painful as part of progression, an alternative way to make some fun thing, a new food or maybe compat between two existing mods, that kinda thing
