is it possible to make the steam extractor an optional quest? and link the rubber to the vaccum chamber?

but yes, good point, that process was changed recently and we forgor to update the quests

btw. the world save was made in 0.9.2, the alpha. does the quest update auto when i do it, or do i have to do some commands? @cold turtle

yea. i had a 0.7 world i made months ago. but i stopped playing before i hit steel.
so when i saw this massive update i decided to play it again, and im having so much fun, unlike first time round.
