Overclocking (here, using a higher tier machine) does two things:
- Quadruple the EU/tick
- Halve the required time
Using quadruple (x4) the wattage, over the course of half (x1/2) the time, would have the "Total" EU only double, whereas the (displayed) Total EU actually quadruples, ignoring the time saved.
The attached images feature an LV (or ulv) recipe, and the same recipe "overclocked" to MV with the total EU quadrupled.
I assume this is a bug, but if I've made a fool of myself, have at me. (or don't, mods say to be respectful)
