Hello,
I would like to report an issue with my account progression.
I reached level 15 by completing quests, but after leaving and rejoining the game, my progress was rolled back to level 14. The gems I earned were also lost. This has happened twice now — each time I reach level 15, it reverts back to level 14 after I rejoin.
Could you please help look into this issue and restore my progress?
