I’d like to report an issue and suggest an improvement regarding the Mineworld feature.
When I enter Mineworld using a Level 5 Mine Door, I sometimes experience sudden disconnections showing a “low signal Wi-Fi” warning—even though my internet connection is stable and strong. This seems to happen randomly and not because of my actual network.
Because of this disconnect, I get kicked out of Mineworld, and my Platinum Key is consumed/lost. This is very frustrating since Platinum Keys are expensive and require a lot of effort to obtain.
🔧 Suggested Improvement:
If a player gets disconnected while inside Mineworld:
The Platinum Key should be returned to the player
The player can still lose collected materials from that run (this is fair)
This way, players won’t lose valuable keys due to technical or server-related issues beyond their control.
⚠️ Issue Summary:
Random “low signal” disconnects despite stable Wi-Fi
Loss of Platinum Key after forced exit
Feels unfair and discouraging for players
I hope you can look into this issue and consider the suggestion. It would greatly improve the experience and fairness for players.
Thank you!

Hey! I'll get back to you in a bit, hold tight.
Thank you for your feedback and suggestion regarding the Mineworld feature. Currently, there is no specific mention of the "low signal Wi-Fi" warning or the loss of Platinum Keys in the provided information. However, there is a known issue related to "Critical Login Error" which is typically due to high server load or temporary inconsistencies. This might be related to the disconnection issues you're experiencing. The team is actively investigating such issues to improve the game experience. Your suggestion about returning the Platinum Key upon disconnection is noted and could be a valuable improvement to consider for future updates.
