#When will Critical Login Error get fixed? have not got any word from the team about anything?

Hey @strong tulip, can only deeply apologise for the delay. We've had more demand than we were expecting and the amount of support tickets has been huge. As of yesterday we've found some fixes and have started making real progress with resolving issues relating to critical login errors/account access, so you will hopefully get an answer very soon.
Thank you for a response siskea appreciate very much i understand the amount of support tickets has been huge but there was no word from the dev team or support team about it. hopefully i do get an answer because i did get hit a authentication error followed by critical login error and an account ban btw it was all in a subject account i tried to make one sadly did not work im not even sure if i did atp the already missed easter event and the double potion none the less thank you and i will wait patiently

i'd assume that if they don't find a solution to it soon-ish, they are just going to change stradegy and recreate every account or something
i hope so but recreate it manually maybe? if not then it’s their last resort to redo the data system maybe i seen a message by siskea somewhere where’d they honor our name for the game in some way so we can get them or something also. and i apologize to ping you you jus happen to have a similar situation with this id jus like to ask sorry if it bothers you

i don't mind pings. But yeah, maybe they will just create the accounts again for us if they give up on solving the issue
I've been sending support emails to many different e-mails since the game was launched, but still no response.
to many emails about the same thing just pushes you’re ticket back creates duplicates over 8k tickets they have to go thru i understand it we both here did the same situation we jus gotta hope they reply sometime this or next week they are a small dev team i believe pretty much if any further ill try to contact siskea for any updates and help im jus giving a benefit of the doubt before anything yk they did get a huge amount new and old players to the game plus it being similar to growtopia brought in more.
I also still have this issue. I get it has been busy but I feel very bummed out about missing the whole easter event after only being able to play for all of 20 minutes at launch.

they seem to still be solving it. Asking support to possibly delete the account and give you the worlds on another acc could be an options, but idk if they will do it
it was on a subject acc like the auth failed due to link not working is it still an account? but it is banned sadly
Hi, my support tickets (#11993 and #8309), as it has now been about two weeks with no response from the support team. I’m still completely unable to access the game. The issue started with a “Critical Login Error,” then moved to “Login Failed,” and now my account is even showing as banned, even though I haven’t been able to play at all since launch. At this point, I just want an update on what’s going on with my account. I’ve already provided all the details in my previous tickets, including the issues with the verification email and the account names “soap” and “bean.” Since I haven’t received any response or resolution, I also want to ask: if this cannot be fixed, is it possible to fully delete/reset my account so I can start fresh? @trail meteor @glacial terrace
I have the same issue still @glacial terrace, no ticket responses for weeks, I'm still unable to login and my gems that I wanted to spend on easter booster (that I paid for!!) are still locked away on that account. This is nuts... Are you going to share anything about this? It seems like a problem hundreds of players have, why are you guys ignoring us completely? My confidence in this reboot is seriously dwindling. At this rate my newbie lock will probably decay before I get my account back which really frustrates me. (There's only like, 10 days until this happens since they decay in 30 days...)

I am pretty fed up with no ticket responses for 3 weeks, my account still being locked from this "login failed" or "critical login error" bug, and the radio silence we've had about this issue to date. I do not have the time to be online every hour to bug you about it, so it seems like my pings fall on deaf ears, but this is pretty much the worst customer support I've ever dealt with. My account is still locked, so at this point I would like a refund for my 100K gems purchase made on March 31, 2026, maybe 15 minutes before I was completely unable to login to my account ever again. How can I get this refund? I am pretty sure tickets won't help me as they haven't for 3 weeks already.
just perform a chargeback, legally youre entitled to one
If I can't get any reply by the time my newbie lock decays I will look into it, I don't want my google account to also be banned

the support nor anyone gave any response since launch my account with my reserved name is banned critical login error to login failed then being banned and not even playing due to it showing that screen i had no choice sadly
idk they keep saying we’re a priority but it 100% believe it lies the game before we had better communication from dev team before compared to now

Critical login error tickets will be treated as account deletion tickets, and your account will be deleted.
The developers will try to ensure you are refunded for any money spent and that your items/worlds are restored to your new account upon creation. (not sure how they'll do this however)
