It says from Chests, bronze - gold u get items from Permanent boosters, i have seen people with
**Red Kabuto **and Old Alter. But those are from Boosters that ARE NOT in the game at this point.
So why can u get Eleven and Samurai items? I haven't seen any Chaos items in PWE but have seen the others. Could anyone explain?

one of the clan quests gives you altar as reward. (so ive been told dont know if its true)
