Yes, the dev team has likely heard this a million times by now, and they're probably tired of hearing this, but we NEED to know what's going on!
The game is doing REALLY well but the servers are horribly maintained, which is obviously NOT good for a first impression. We need a voice NOW, someone to tell us what is behind the scenes.
If we keep getting silence, the community will continue to be restless. It will make them pessimistic about the game and will likely become it's downfall. So I beg of you, say something dev team!
And I also encourage others to do the same thing. We need answers. I've played this game a while back and it was probably the best game I've ever laid my hands on (as an rpg of course) So I really hope something good will happen.
