This is a forum post suggesting that the discord server to have more rewards for active discord members.

Exclusive Role Channel (We have Regulars-VC but how about a channel?)
Role Icons (Examples being Veteran & Elite)
~~- Gradient role colors.~~

All of these can be set at a certain level like with the gradient one at around Level 90-100,

not much tbh, ive weighed down the pros and cons

one of the pros would probably be that its somewhat rewarding the discord members that are active here but i guess there could be other ways in rewarding members who's gotten a higher level
