how would it be if different weapons had different ability?

--cooldown resets back to aftercast when switching items-- meaning if a person switched into a wpn with 30s cast cd, the ability cd becomes only available after 30s of waiting while holding the weapon

--also rune function so you can embed abilities onto weapons based on what their elemental affinity is
lets say:

(for staff weapons+light affinity) healing rune that when pressing E button = heals everyone in radius of 2 blocks for 20hp
(cooldown: lets say 10seconds)

(for staff weapons+wind affinity) lightning rune where pressing E button = smites lightning in that block and deals (weaponbase_dmg)*2 and can be casted anywhere inside 4 blocks of radius nearby the player holding the lightning staff
(cooldown: lets say 10 seconds)

(for sword weapons+dark affinity) shadowslash rune where pressing E button = marks the nearest entity within 4 block radius (player or mob), the marked entity will be damaged 5 times for (weaponbase_dmg)/0.5 where the damage instance occurs every 0.3 seconds. (during this phase, the player casting this will become invulnerable)
(cooldown: lets say 30 seconds)
{for thise who know, its basically hayabusa ult from mlbb or master yi skill)

.... list can go on and on

-> economic side to get ability runes: need to do nether equivalent and collect rune shards of different elemental atteibute, craft it using NPC using shards and other ingredients to create the ability runes

-> would also be pretty neat if these ability runes can be upgraded, say a LV 2 healing rune provides more healing and can be scaled up to lv 4
