I installed Arch, and since I live in a region where there are a lot of locks, I want to install cloudflare warp, but when downloading via Paru, my "Average load" crashes and I can't do anything. I've already updated the mirrors and now I can't figure out how to solve this problem.

you can use shadowsocks for websites

or if you need to access stuff other than websites, theres also the option of openvpn tcp over stunnel

or if your region doesnt try to block vpns, just plain wireguard would be good too
