depending on what you are using your pi for, i would really suggest just using raspberry os which is debian with some tweaks for rpi

#

you mentioned jellyfin im assuming its a media server?

debian is pretty good for servers

or you can just install to /usr/local if you need up to date stuff for something

or use debian testing repo for that package
