This error happens everytime i try to install arch with arch install how do i fix it

Hey @topaz kite i did the command of pacman -Sy archlinux-kevring && rm -f/var/lib/pacman/sync/* && pacman -Syy in my laptop to install arch via archinstall to my second SSD but it did not worked this time is there a way i can fix it or ahould i install arch manually
