so i made a partition, 100gb, made a simple volume too (2 gb) then i mounted the arch iso and dragged the files from there to the simple volume then i just set ids and restarted and installed using archinstaller
all done on windows btw

Well that in the best case makes things worse, anyway I can tell that you are dropped into emergency mode. Can you try to change your init system to /bin/sh? Then you don't need a USB, if you use grub you can do that by pressing 'e' on the entry and changing init=/bin/sh
From there we can fix whatever is wrong
