[SOLVED] Boot order issue | Arch Linux Community | Page 1

When I start my laptop, even though I've installed grub, windows starts up, and if I change the boot order using efibootmgr and bring grub on top, grub loads but if I select windows through it, it crashes, reboots and then reverts the boot order here are some details: laptop hp omen uefi windows 11

F9(Boot Device Options) returns this btw:

OS Boot Manager (UEFI) - Windows Boot Manager (nvme0n1 ID)
EFI Hard Drive (nvme0n1 ID)
Boot from EFI File

2 basically opens grub but then it loops back to the error if I open windows

Figured it out i forgot to do grub-install in nvme0n1p1

Windows was already installed I was setting up a dual boot
