should be as simple as putting the file it needs on a USB formatted how it needs, and pushing the "flash bios" button on the back
The motherboard should be smart enough to identify the file it needs and only do anything if it's set up right
However do triple check these things yourself. Last thing you want is a bricked mobo, but I do not think that is likely
