@signal fossil In KDE → System Settings → Display → set both to 120 Hz or 144 Hz

Test If you set both to 100Hz will have the same issue?

If you need different frequency try: add boot parameter amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x12 (or 0x10)

This boot paramter allow two monitors keep different frequency as you have now.
