So this started back when I switched to Mint. I was installing it and the screen was bugging and tearing a little but nothing huge. Then after the install it started blinking. It was blinking the whole time I was using mint (2 months-ish), UNTIL I switched to kde plasma. For some reason it stopped blinking. I switched to endeavourOS shortly after and since it has kde plasma i thought that the blinking would stop. It didnt.

main GPU: RTX 3060
CPU: AMD ryzen 7 5000 series
Main monitor: AOC 165hz 27"
second monitor: asus 60hz 24"

I just wanna chime in and say I have this same issue, but it only started happening when I got my 9060 XT (I previously had an old RX 570). I'm using Displayport and I suspect that might have something to do with it. I've begun encountering a bunch of weird issues since I got the new card. This one only happens at certain times or at random, but then it stops. So I definitely think it's a bug in Wayland.
