Hi, since the system update, I've been having the problem that all applications in Hyprland start very slowly. Kitty opens but takes 5-10 seconds to load, Discord and Steam take what feels like half a minute, and when I open several things, it takes forever. However, once the applications are open, they work fine. I can open several more windows in the browser right away, but Kitty doesn't get any “faster” with new windows. I've already gotten a lot of help in the quick questions section, which has hopefully narrowed down the search radius. My current guess is that it's my AMD 9070xt graphics card in some way. I often find this error under dmesg, and when I shut down the PC, the terminal reappears at the end with this error message for a few seconds. It's as if the GPU is constantly busy with something and needs time to process my commands.
The problem appeard 2? month ago after a upgrade, but there where so many i wasn't motivated to deep dive into the packages, so i just recently updated fully to avoid security problems
And openrgb takes way longer to initilize the GPU so another hint to the problem maybe?

amdgpu 0000:0b:00.0: amdgpu: Failed to disable gfxoff!
I've been playing around with Grub a bit to solve the gfxoff problem, but so far without success:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="rd.driver.pre=vfio-pci amd_iommu=on iommu=pt video=efifb:off disable_idle_d3=1 loglevel=3 quiet acpi_enforce_resources=lax"
Kernel: Linux 6.12.57-2-lts / 6.17.7. tested, but no solution
Shell: fish 4.2.1
WM: Hyprland 0.52.1 (Wayland)
Terminal: kitty 0.44.0
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
Thanks in advance for any help and i will try to provide as much information as possible
