so I was trying to install a package with yay, but there was a blackout and I couldnt installl it after due to some issue with cp and some dependencies say they are installed but they dont work. I tried updating my entire system with sudo pacman -Syu, after downloading it asked me to import a bunch of pgp keys and it checked its signatures and every package had a signature that is unkown trust and the upgrade failed.
I tried pacman-key --refresh-keys and reinstalling keyring (had to set SigLevel to never) and still nothing worked
