Its a very weird issue that i started having out of nowhere. I can play games and watch everything just fine even handles stress tests, its only when i start a stream or turn on my webcam everything goes to shit. Not only my screen does this (which it goes black after few seconds and monitor loses signal) but everything stops being responsive including audio. 2nd picture is how my friend seen my webcam when i enabled it (it looked fine on my side for few seconds before it shat itself)
Could someone help me see what i can do to fix this? (already tried undervolting, same result.)
