Do games work, and have you ran any benchmarks that stress the gpu and cpu at same time?
Are you sure your psu has enough power to handle your gpu, and can handle transient spikes?
The fact this is a multi distro issue leads me to suspect hardware problems.
It could also be a dying psu or gpu…

Try going to about:config on firefox set media.ffmpeg.vaapi.enabled to false. Also try other browsers if possible and see if its only a firefox issue
You could also try using linux-zen it might have some patches that might work

Out of curiosity what version of arch are you running?

Was looking for kernel version, arch 6.16.8-arch1-1 and 6.16.8-arch2-1 apparently had some issues gpu wise but was fixed 6.16.8-arch3-1.
We are now on 6.16.9-arch1-1 but I’m planning to wait a few more hours before I update.
