where is the iso located?
Hey sorry I gotta go for a few hours I will sort it out later, thankyou though!
the ISO cannot reside on the same drive you are flashing to
okay nw
Ventoy is an easy to use tool for creating a bootable USB drive that can boot several operating systems from 1 USB stick.

Okay I flashed with Ventoy, now do I move the ISO back to the USb?
Just be sure to set ventoy in GPT mode
Also enable secure boot support on it
Then just copy your iso to it
I literally attached a video explaining ventoy
@untold marsh
sorry I've never used ventoy so I'll leave it to Luvenshantzen
Title doesn't reflect your issue@untold marsh
What should I put? Because I'll probably need help with a few things
Elaborate what's your goal
.s litany
Please follow the Standard Litany when asking a question:
• What was your environment? What was your operating system, configuration?
• What did you do? What did you run or test? Where?
• What actually happened? What were the exact results, complete log contents, exact error messages?
• What did you expect? What were you aiming to achieve? What result were you looking for?
Vague or superficial questions will yield vague or superficial answers. False information leads to false solutions.
I put the OS.iso file into my USB after flashing with Ventoy, I now want to boot into it to start isntalling the OS
Elaborate further your goal
Reply the bot questions
? There is no futher goal, I want to install the OS
That explains nothing.
A proper answer would be:
"I want to make a bootable USB to install X and do Y"
Where X and Y are the missing information
Well I've finished the step of making a bootable USB and putting the EndeavourOS.iso file onto the USB, now I wish to boot into the USB to start installing Endeavour.
I don't think I can word it more clearly than that
Ah I figured it out, nevermind now.
You want to dual boot?
Be sure to disable secure boot and CSM/legacy support on your BIOS/uefi
Also, disable fast startup in windows
... faststartup
Thanks but no, I don't wish to dual-boot, I just want EndeavourOS
Do note that EndeavourOS iso is outdated by several months, so you may face a lot of issues
Btw, before deleting windows, copy your color profiles from windows
Are you going to use plasma?
