this error happened on my previous installation of linux too. On that one, i was on gnome, with the 6.15.6 kernel. After 30min to 1hr of booting, it would say (from dmesg):
(the attachment. for some reason its not pasting as just text). and my internet would turn off.
I'm now on kde plasma, and its doing the same thing. I need help pls, if theres any command i need to run for more info pls tell bc i dont know what else to put here.

could you put that file on pastebin or similar?
I don't fancy downloading it just to look at the tail
ok
i think this should work https://pastebin.com/GA5DSC2G
Pastebin
Pastebin.com is the number one paste tool since 2002. Pastebin is a website where you can store text online for a set period of time.
its mainly just the same thing repeated over and over again
apologies for the late response i was busy with something
lspci -k | grep -iA3 net please?
Also, is this a dual-booting machine with windows?
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-oem-6.1/+bug/2017277 this has a very similar dmesg to what you have shown, worth a try
comment 4 has the remedy
02:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8852BE PCIe 802.11ax Wireless Network Controller
Subsystem: Lenovo Device 4853
Kernel driver in use: rtw89_8852be
Kernel modules: rtw89_8852be
All seems quite sensible!
ok ill try
ill update if anything happens or issue has been resolve since it takes quite a while for it to happen
about an hour and a half later the problem has occured again unfortunately :p
hmm, is there a way for me to remove rtw89 and install another one? Or would that break things?
That's the driver for your device, so you probs need it
ok so how to fix issue then?
i asked my good friend mr. deepseek and it told me to download rtw89-dkms-git (whatever that means). I want to know if that is good advice or not before i try it??
ah, sorry for the late reply.. i tried rtw89-dkms-git, however i got the same error. incase anyone has the same problem, i was able to fix the issue by switching to linux-lts kernel..
