#No/destroyed kernels

Do you have a EndeavourOS ISO flashed on a USB somewhere? If you do, boot from it
I believe I have a working drive with windows, I can use it to make one
EDIT: it is NOT working
I am doing the windows recovery, since it's a windows to go made with Rufus and no access to my endeavour drive the data should be safe
do you remember what was pacman doing when the power was ccut?
I can asume that it was running dkms but I'm not sure because I left it unsupervised
my guess is that it probably died when running mkinitio build hook but im not sure. if that is the case, you can probably use archiso to check pacman's transaction logs and re-install the packages changed during the update
i would recommend reinstall all the packages just to be safe, because we are not sure if anything else also got corrupted
I got one, now what?
Okay looking through some tutorials I have chrooted into my installation
I'm uninstalling and installing the kernels
I forgot why I love endeavour os
It has a reinstall-kernels command
But there are a lot of invalid arguments errors from dracut
I give up, I'm going to backup from the live iso and reinstall everything, might try vanilla arch with a tiling vm
@main lodge
Hm?
just arch-chroot, check pacman transaction logs, and redo the last operations
I reinstalled every single package in the system
Twice
and there is still no boot options?
I ran repair-kernel command too (yes that's a thing)
And I get invalid arguments errors while building the kernel in the modules part
interesting
yeah ig im out of ideas
good luck
