I have a fresh install of Arch Linux ok this Asus Tuf A16. The only thing left is KDE Plasma, so I installed both xorg and wayland sessions, but when I tired booting into sddm, it hangs on a black screen with a line. So I went into a arch usb and disabled sddm and enabled ly, that got me to the login screen, but when I tired to log in, I got an error saying it cannot open my display. I've used arch many times on this laptop, and this is the only time something like this ever happened to me where I cannot get into plasma at all. Even forcing myself into plasma wayland sessions doesn't work. Even stranger, the default display manager is set to tty. So I would like to know anyone has ideas on how to get plasma to see my display? I would appreciate the help.
