--skip-ntp, archinstall should really change it so the time sync is done before the formatting
where do i type it?
sorry im new to ts
my first time using linux
@warm girder don't use arch if it's your first time using linux
already did there's no coming back
I only have arch downloaded in my usb stick
U can always flash a newer distro?
I dont have extra pc
and deleted windows
I just need to fix this time sync
its stopping the download
Not to gatekeep but u would be running into a lot more issues using arch if your not used to looking up doc pages and fixing stuff like this.
Anyways, here is what you want:
Ref: https://archinstall.archlinux.page/help/known_issues.html

@warm girder
Nahhh
it says after, "waiting for arch linux keyring sync"
I assume ur internet connection is down. setup internet and these issues should go away
I'm connected to an ethernet
since i dont have built in wifi
Could you just try ping archlinux.org before doing arch install?
@warm girder how old is the iso?
reboot
then pacman -Sy archinstall
them before pressing install, show us what you selected
I selected hyprland
Its still stuck
100% packet loss
lol
Ethernet is not working then
Either u need some custom drivers for ur LAN card or something else is wrong here
If u have some android device with you, u can try USB tethering
yep my ethernet not blinking like normal
I do have but idk whats usb tetherinh
wait lemme try
