Isn't even looking in that dir because it's not in the $PATH
Or can you run h2ph
At least the $PATH in the build doesn't have that path
I guess most are using the mullvad-browser-bin and so aren't hitting this issue
Leave a comment in the aur package and replace the which with the direct path to h2ph if you want to use the from source packge
