Try installing pacman-keyring then populate your pacman-keyring

They probably can't install packages without the keys

Running sudo archlinux-keyring-wkd-sync could work

Updating mirrors, installing the new keyrings then updating your system fixes it all the time

There should be a timer in arch that calls archlinux-keyring-wkd-sync
